For sale, a very small antique Belgian "Velo Dog" folding trigger revolver chambered for a .320 caliber cartridge. This cute little Belgian pistol is nickel plated with checkered black hard rubber grips. It features a folding trigger and a safety lever mounted on the left side of the frame. This little revolver was designed for pocket carry and this style was quite popular in Europe at the turn of the century. It is a hammerless design that fires double action. It has a spring tensioned loading gate that allowed for loading and a swing away ejector rod for ejecting spent cases. The cylinder is also easily removable for maintenance and cleaning. This little revolver is still in good shape overall and seems to be mechanically flawless. The double action firing mechanism still functions smoothly and the cylinder locks up properly in time. This is a great example of the European pocket guns being made during this time period and the engineering that went into making them as small and safe to carry as possible. A great little antique conversation piece that is priced to sell!
