- Note: This in an L.C. Smith model O Hammerless, sidelock, extractor shotgun. Made in 1906, the gun is still fitted with Damascus steel barrels. Bores are bright and shiny, with the expected staining from early use. Damascus pattern on barrels is strong. There appears to be no dents or dings on the barrels. Action is tight. The original ebony forend wedge is missing and the stock and forend appear to have been refinished at some point. The action and sidelocks are denuted of any case colors save spotted, shiny traces in protected areas. If you want an early blackpowder shotgun for the field, this is it!
