Description:
Sold...A fantastic and rare original photograph that is framed and a large size 14 1/4 wide and 12 1/8 inches tall, framed of a U.S. Mint Guard holding a Winchester Model 1897 Solid Frame Riot Shotgun and also has a Colt Revolver in a fancy shoulder holster. Pictured in front of him are 8 1000 ounce silver bars, 4 of them already in the United States Mint marked canvas bags. There is a large safe and a very complex scale in the background. Notice at least 4 more Mint bags on the top of the safe door. A very fine original photograph of "Americana" at its finest!!!. There is a 2nd photo that came with the 1st, it is a silver mining photo. This picture has 2 men operating air drills or air hammers inside the mine. This picture measures 15 1/4 inches wide by 11 3/4 inches tall.  The frames are the same size and look excellent hanging together. USPS Priority mail is 35.00
