Savage, CLASSIC, solid frame lever action rifle, Model 99EG (Post War), caliber .300 Savage, s/n 653670 (Mfg. 1952),
RECEIVER: cocking indicator on top of receiver, factory drilled and tapped for tang sight, cartridge counter in port on left side, receiver retains much of its original blue exhibitng carry wear on the edges and rear of right side, color is beginning to fade to a pleasing gray tone due to age, lever retains most of its original case colors,
BARREL: 24" length, EXCELLENT BORE, open rear sight and blade front sight, barrel retains all of its original bright blue,
STOCK: Walnut pistol grip stock with grip cap and serrated steel buttplate, long forearm with Schnabel tip, excellent checkering on pistol grip and forearm, stock and forearm retain virtually all of their original finish and are in Excellent condition exhibiting only a couple of minor handling/storage marks,
