W.J. Jeffrey & Co. Express Double Rifle Serial Number 20169.
In caliber .475 no. 2 Jeffrey. 24 inch Krupp steel barrels. Engraved scalloped receiver, top lever Anson-Deeley boxlock action fitted with Baker’s patent ejectors, doll’s head extension, double bolted action, 1 standing and 4 folding sights, 14 1/2 inch length of pull from double triggers to engraved skeleton butt plate, engraved grip cap, silver oval in English walnut stock. Bores in very good condition. Retains 85% blue and traces of case color hardening. London proofed to 80 grains cordite with 500 grain bullet. Original case. Built 1909.
