Description:
Serial #ZD8185, .38/200 British (.38 S&W), 5" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This double-action only revolver has matching numbers on the frame, cylinder, and barrel with the metal retaining about 90% of the wartime Suncorite finish with a noticeable turn-ring around the cylinder as well as some flaking along the raised edges, projections, and bearing surfaces. The grooved phenolic resin grips are in fine shape save for a few minor handling marks and small surface scuffs on either side. The lock-up is still tight and the mechanism functions flawlessly. This is a fine example of a wartime Enfield revolver, not import marked, and would be a great addition to a collection. FFL or C&R
