The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Description:
The Smith & Wesson 639 is a traditional double/single action 9x19mm caliber pistol from Smith & Wesson's Second Generation of automatics. The 639 is a Stainless steel version of the all steel Smith & Wesson 539. Features include (2) Eight round magazines, 4 inch barrel. This model features adjustable rear sights and slide mounted safety/decocker. Early production models manufactured with rounded trigger guard. Being this is a later production model there is Squared trigger guard. Featuers orignal checkered wood grips.
This pistol is used and was carried quite a bit. It has light surface scratches throughout from holster wear. I believe that that pistol was carried more than it was fired as internals are very clean and everything on this pistol is still tight. No rust or mechanical issues of any kind. Pictures are of the actual gun and are the best representation of it and its condition.
