Description:
This Enfield is about new and was made with a smooth bore .68 caliber with a 32" round barrel fully blued, and a very good bore. The action is very good and the lock-plate has a British Crown , and also R.M.G. Udaipur.These were imported by Navy Arms many years agoe with the standard brass nipple protector. Blue on the barrel is about 99% and this older gun looks about un-fired. Rear sight is a slotted tower, and the front sight is a rectangular post with a blade. Comes with a Enfield steel ram-rod. The hardwood stock is very clean with only shallow surface abrasions from storage. These guns were made to interchange with original parts. Top of barrel has BP proofs and the number 12, not nitro, 89grs.1971.SN 2383.
