Imported by Navy Arms in the sixties. This is the early brass framed model that is an exact replica to the original Colt. The original Colts did not have a steel frame.
This is an unfired example that has spent the last 50-60 years as a wall hanger in the estates den. The condition is factory new except for the faintest cylinder drag ring.
The brass frame and trigger guard have acquired a beautiful soft patina. The blue, the grips, and the bore are factory new.
