The exterior has considerable wear, scattered light to medium pitting, wrench marks at the breech, no visible markings, and incorrect cleaning rod (which I think is possibly to a Sharps Borchardt musket). The wood is equally rough with significant wear, cracks to the forestock, and while this all paints a pretty grim picture, this still is a good wall hanger for a “Man Cave” ….or a great start for making a very inexpensive big-bore black powder shooter at a low price. $325 SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes Antique: Yes |
