I have a beautiful Remington model 24 takedown rifle in 22 short. It has a 19 inch barrel open sites Browning semi automatic design bottom eject tube magazine through the butt stock take down with the plane pistol grip stock. There was approximately 131,000 manufactured between 1922 1935. This model 24 has 69xxx as a serial number. My guess late 20's for year of manufacture. This rifle has been completely restored by professional Gunsmith. Everything was refinished including the case hardened correct parts. There was A repair done to the butt stock but was very nicely done. Not an easy piece to find another but stock for . Thanks for looking
