Another fine “ESTATE” firearm offered by Dust 2 Dollars. We offer you a Model 1869/71 Vetterli rifle chambered in .41 Swiss Rimfire caliber. The rifle has matching numbers and an excellent bore with no issues. The rifle appears all original with marked number parts and markings all over the gun. In 1871 the model 1869 was updated with an improved elevator system and simplified receiver. The loading gate was omitted as was the magazine cut-off, which had previously appeared on the left side of the receiver. This one does have an (HH) marking on the receiver; Hammerli & Hammerschmidt? Not sure on that part. The stock is solid with no issues and the metal is in very fine condition. The bore being so clean, bright and excellent in condition this might have been one that was never issued. $449 plus $50 shipping to you where allowed. This is considered an “Antique” by the BATF and no FFL is needed to purchase. 3% convenience fee added to the total for CC payments. All firearms come with a 3-day inspection from D2D’s.
