Description:
Parker Bros.12ga VH grade.Built in 1916,this gun has 30" Vulcan steel barrels choked full (.042") and full (.042").The bore diameter in each barrel is .734".The bores are bright and free of rust,dents,or pitting.The action retains around 25%of the original case colors,mainly in the protected areas.The barrels retain 90% of the original blue,and the wood retains 95%of the original finish.The gun is built on a #2 frame and weighs 7-10.It has good stock dimensions of 141/4"x15/8"x21/2".The barrels lock up tight to the action with no play.All of the screws are clean and in time.The dog's head buttplate is the old style with the widows peak at the heel.This is a fine all original Parker that has years of service left in it.It would make a great dove,pheasant,clays,or duck gun.C&R eligible.
