Description:
Cal 44 WCF. Round barrel and full length mag tube have been shortened to a more desirable 21 1/2 inches. Sporting front and flat top sporting rear sight. Walnut stocks with crescent steel buttplate. Gun has been cleaned long ago and has traces of blue in protected areas fading to gray patina. Stocks have worn appearance with handling marks. Hammer face has lump of brazing on it. Good action. Bore is good with light scattered roughness. A very usable Antique serial numbered Winchester in a desirable caliber.
