.38 Special, 2nd Gen circa 1957, 5 1/2 inch barrel, excellent inside and out, grips are a bit oversized, quick draw style holster, cartridges in belt are dummies of large caliber. If Mr. Hale isn't remembered for his "singing cowboy" movies, he should be remembered for his part in opening "The Autry" in Los Angeles. Rig is accompanied by a letter of authentication from Mrs. Joanne Hale.
