U.S. Springfield Trapdoor Model 1884, Mfg 1892, .45/70, 32" barrel, shiny bore, good rifling, adjustable rear sight, has a nice grey-brown patina, "173" proof mark on top of stock with "74" and "173" on the side, patch box buttplate. Nice rifle.
