- Note: This is a very lightly used Merkel model 47 E. The characteristics of the 47 E are a case colored receiver with decorative side clips, cocking indicators, auto ejectors, and light scroll engraving. The LOP is 14.5". The gun is choked improved cylinder/ improved cylinder with thin-wall choke tubes. The stock is fitted with a Pachmayr Old English pad and shows no wear to the bluing on the trigger guard or barrel. There is slight blue wear to the top of the top lever and slight wear to the case colors along the edge of receiver. Other than that, the bores are bright and beautiful and the gun is ready for the field!
