Description:
This pattern of belt was adopted by the US Army for use around 1852 and was worn by non-commissioned officers in conjunction with an over-the-shoulder sword belt. This belt is made of bridle leather and is in excellent condition. The brass buckle has a nice, rich patina, the silver wreath is solid, and it is unnumbered. The rig is 100% original and displays beautifully.
