JAMES REID .41-RF caliber, 2.75” octagonal barrel marked REID’S DERRINGER, . Silver-plated finish, engraved frame five-shot cylinder.
This gun is in overall very good to near fine condition displaying the majority of its original silver finish. Good bore and markings. Action needs attention as cocking the gun does not rotate the cylinder. <p>
Of the 75 that were manufactured in 1882, only 6 are known to exist. The revolver was beautifully factory engraved, on the entire frame and handle. ANTIQUE $5850.
