Underwood, M1 Carbine, .30 Carbine, 17" bbl, bright shiny bore with good rifling, adjustable rear peep sight and blade front sight in the military wings, Parkerized finish, bayonet stud, "Underwood" - "12-43" and an ordnance symbol are stamped on the barrel top behind the front sight with a "P" stamped about an inch behind them, smooth wood grip stock is in very good condition, "G.H.D." "U.F.F." and an ordnance symbol inside a rectangular box are stamped on the right side of the butt stock, a "P" in a circle is stamped on the bottom of the stock behind the trigger, and metal butt plate. This is a very nice rifle.
