Great custom rifle project waiting to be finished. Ruger #1 action with fitted, headspaced and test fired Douglas Premium Grade half round/half octagon barrel. Action and barrel are polished already with very little additional polishing needed before bluing. The barrel will finish to 26 inches after it is crowned. This is a project started but not finished, waiting for a beautiful custom stock. This is an action that started off life as a #1B in 30-06. The factory barrel was removed and sold, so the action has only been test fired to verify the headspace is correct. A great project for someone who wants a unique custom Ruger #1.
