Description:
This is a Winchester 1866 Saddle Ring Carbine in .44 Henry. The serial number dates to 1870. The brass receiver is in Good condition with some discoloration, dings, and scratches. The loading gate has been replaced, and the bolt has been worked on. The barrel has Good patina with freckling present. The bore is pitted with visible rifling. The wood looks to have been replaced and is in Excellent condition.
