Percussion 12 ga. with heavy Damascus barrels. English proof. Left lock marked "G D Co.,
CINCINNATTI" and the right marked GOUL**HER. Both have hunters shooting at birds engraved
on them. Locks match, but are a bit loose and need some TLC. Bore on the 29 1/2" barrels are
very good with no heavy pitting and nice Damascus pattern on the barrels and rib. This gun weighs
just under 9 lbs. This looks to me to be a very old restock with the walnut now showing some minor
age checks. Steel shotgun style buttplate and triggerguard. Forend tip/ramrod guide is missing.
The barrel rib is very wide and shows some dents from the years. Replacement ramrod with a
horn tip. This will make a real nice display over the fireplace or the family room. It shows well.
