Description:
45 Cal. Martini Henry in very good untouched condition. Stock is solid and has no chips cr cracks, only a few age old dings. All metal is smooth without any rust or pitting and retains a lot of the original finish. Marked L.S.A. Co. 1875, ( London Small Arms). Crown above is faint, but all others are good. Bore is verygood plus. Original bayonet and scabbard are very good plus condition with the scabbard retaining 90% of original finnish. bayonet is marked with British India markings as well as the triger guard on the rifle. This is the rifle used in the Zulu war and late 19th century British India. Bayonet and scabbard in this condition alone sell for $200.I bought these along with 3 more antique firearms at of a decades old collection. Rifle along with bayonet are priced well below the others.
