WW1 LITHGOW SMLE RIFLE M1907 OR 1907 BAYONET WITH SCABBARD AND FROG. Excellent original condition blade with untouched original edge. Stopped fuller. Ground off quillon typical of these. Lithgow Shield with "1907/1" and 'Lithgow" on ricasso with a few "A" with Stars on reverse. Original blue/black finish. Broad arrow with "D" on either side on hilt. Serial number crisply struck on pommel. Original wood smooth panels with indecipherable stamp in flat of one side(as a result of a bit of wear). Leather scabbard mint with excellent stitching and "W" as well as "M/??" stamped on back. Canvas frog also excellent with "???/1940" and indecipherable ink scrawl on back.
