Description:
62 cal. The oct Bbl and the lock are signed "Casper Zelner". Bbl markings have been inlaid with gold. Engraving are of dogs and forest scenes. Bbl retains traces of the original gold inlay and is a grey/brown patina. The lock is about the same with more of a grey color. Brass is aged. Wood is raised relief scroll carving with detail. Stock has been refinished and shortened to just ahead of the ramrod pipe. A replacement patchbox lid has been fashioned from wood. This piece would look perfect above your fireplace!
