Description:
A nice original Winchester Model 88 Lever Action Rifle in caliber .243 Win. Rifle has a weaver base installed into factory drilled and tapped receiver holes. Original factory sights front and rear (sight hood is missing). Factory buttplate stock never cut. This rifle has been hunted with and has seen careful use and so has some usual minor stock blemishes, etc. No chips or cracks and most all original stock finish. Blued metal parts are excellent, perhaps 98% of when new. Rifle has Red W Pistol Grip Cap which is quite desireable. Factory swivels have been replaced with Quick Detach swivels. A very nice model 88 in a very desireable caliber. Ready for the deer woods....
