Description:
Early 1957 Colt Cobra 4" in 38 Special Caliber. Serial # 49xxx.  Very High condition for the vintage.  Metal retains 98% Original Colt Blue with very slight edge wear on each side of the lower frame just in front of the trigger guard, thin wear on the top rear of the frame on each side (See Photos).  Spin or firing mark not through the blue, slight pencil point blemish between the Rampant Colt and the Cylinder on the side plate, a slight discoloration on the left side of the muzzle.  The last two marks mentioned not through the blue.  Grips are 98% Plus with minor pin point on bottom of left grip with minor varnish wear on bottom of left grip.  Have to use a magnifying glass to see those.  A Mint Bore. The gun has not been fired very much.  I try to cover any negatives in my ads along with all the positives and maybe I go too far but, I don't like surprises and sure any potential buyer doesn't either.  Sounds like a lot wrong but really isn't.  A great speciman for its vintage.  FFL or C&R required.  Thanks for Looking.
