Description:
For sale is a consigned, pristine example of an 1874 Sharps Rifle. Caliber is 40/70 (2 1/4") aka 40/70BN. I will let the pictures and Sharps Factory Records letter tell the story. Barrel blue is 98% and the bore is as new. Wood is overall excellent. The only flaw I find is a crack on the lefthand side of the forearm at the receiver.
