Description:
This was the first Statehood Commemorative that Colt manufactured. The serial number range was from 50W to 24189W (numbers 1W-49W and 124W-149W were not manufactured). The guns were fitted with a 4 3/4 inch barrel, full gold plated finish, 2-piece walnut grips, were chambered in .22 LR, and came in a wood presentation case with a medallion commemorating Kansas Statehood along with a Colt stamp. The gun is unfired and retains 99% of its original finish. The presentation case is sound but has some finish issues on the lid and assorted minor handling marks.
