Description:
This is a very clean first series Ruger Bearcat. There is a very light blue wear on the left side of the muzzle. Other than that the rest of the gun shows no wear to original finish. The one piece frame/backstrap/frontstrap alloy assembly retains 98%+ original annodize. The two piece wooden grips retain 98%+ original finish and show only light compression marks from handeling. The only appology on the entire gun is the fact that the original owner scratched his initials (T.F.) just behind the serial number on the right side of the frame and then once again on the frame just below the base pin. These initials are relatively unobtrusive. The bore is bright with strong lands and grooves. The action locks up very tight. A sweet little side arm for the field or to train a new shooter.
