Colt, semi-automatic pistol, Model 1911-A1 U.S. Army, caliber .45 ACP, s/n 788408 (Mfg. 1942), military inspected by W. B. (Colonel Waldemar Broberg), converted to a National Match gun in 1968 by Marlin Weaver, the military armorer at Indiantown Gap Military Reservation in PA, last owned by a member of the Pennsylvania State Pistol Team, pistol retains much of it's original Parkerized finish, features a National Match barrel, National Match bushing, aluminum National Match trigger, Kensight adjustable rear target sight, stippled front grip strap and stippled flat rear mainspring housing, FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY, this well documented pistol will make a great collector/shooter, includes two (2) magazines and mag pouch, Retail value $2000.00, Sale priced at $1749.00
