Description:
A very nice S&W Model 1917 which retains about 98%+ of its original blue finish with only some minor thinning on some of the sharp edges of the frame and a small ding on the barrel. The hammer and trigger retain most of their color case-hardened finish and the grips retain most all of their original finish with some handling dings and "CAPT. E.A. BURST" scratched on the bottom of the grips. As you can see in the pictures it still retains its original lanyard and has sharp/crisp inspection stamps on the frame and cylinder and "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" stamp on the bottom of the barrel.
