Description:
This is a nice Antique, Solid Frame, Revolver that is Finely Engraved and Nickel Plated. Marked "C.F.45" on left side of barrel. Marked on top of frame, "BRITISH/CONSTABULARY". Has the "ELG/* In oval" and the "*/L" Proof marks. Has 4" Barrel with a very good bore. Aprox. 85% of the original finish remains. Action is strong in both SA and DA operation. The Finely Checkered Hardwood grips are solid and show a little "smoothing" from use. Has lanyard stud and ring. No serial number that I can find. I did not remove grip.
