Description:
This is what you would call a German Guild. Quite a few shotguns in the early days were built by guilds which were different gun makers that manufactured different parts. They did not have the capabilities or the space to manufacture a complete gun. This is a beautiful gun with the top bbls in 16 ga with 2-1/2" chambers. The bottom rifle bbl is a 9.3X72R. Both the 16 Ga. and the rifle caliber are still very popular in Europe. All bores are very nice. There is a light dent on the right hand bbl and also a slight bulge about 3/4" from the muzzle. Nearly all blue remains on the bbls and the frame has quite vivid case colors remaining. Workmanship is excellent on this gun. Wood fits nicely to the frame. Buttstock is in VG condition with some use marks and a chip out at the toe. Nice quality gun.
