Description:
A very clean Carcano SUPREMO Carbine with a 20" barrel with a good bore,and sharp rifling, some corrosion in the grooves.The metal is full arsenal blue, with no rust or pitting.No provision for a cleaning rod. Action works good, and this is a good shooter.European walnut hard wood military stock is very clean , and possibly re-finished.This model didn't have a matching stock, no numbers as these were made for the Carabinere, or Police units. Has Terni 18, and Made in Italy, and a circle with crossed rifles for accuracy checking.This is a clean Carcano, and would make a good shooter for the 6.5mm caliber. Front sight is the 1891 type. The gun was converted from a long rifle to a carbine.I hope you like my wide selection of unusual guns.
