Exceptional original condition 1877 Storekeeper model 41 DA "Thunderer" with pristine etched panel and very crisp lettering. All original nickel gun. 3.5" barrel with very good to excellent bore. Excellent mechanics in both SA and DA operation. Original grips with very good checkering and no cracks. Correct original long knurled cylinder pin. The story we received is that gun was recently found in an old desk by the original owners family, given the high condition of this piece I tend to believe the story as other than a few scattered nicks and dings the original finish is remarkably intact. I have seen a fair number of 1877's and this is one of the nicer original guns I have come across. 3rd year production gun 25,xxx serial number range. Great addition to any collection
