Just received this 1918 vintage Colt 1911 Black Army. It has lost most of its original finish but is mechanically in fine condition. The bore has sharp rifling but is a little frosty and the action and fuctions perfectly. The grips checkering is worn smooth but they are sound with no chips or cracks.
