Description:
Serial #N1170, .303 British, 25” barrel with a dark, pitted bore. This is a 1918 dated, Enfield-made rifle that retains about 70-75% of an armory re-applied blue finish that has faded to a mixture of mild plum-brown freckling, and silvering to the high edges and projections. The bolt is likewise streaked with gray along the bearing surfaces. The walnut forend (cut for volley sights) and handguards are refinished to fine shape and have an armory added oil finish over numerous minor handling marks and small blemishes throughout. The rifle comes with a khaki canvassling, and rates about good condition overall. FFL or C&R
