Description:
Serial #121619, .25 ACP, 2” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a simply stunning work of art that features full coverage Nimschke-style floral scrollwork engraving with an overall gold finish. The pistol retains virtually all of the original gold finish and is signed on the toe of the butt: “J. ADAMS”. The barrel has a few minor spots of pinprick pitting on the ridge of the crown, but this is minor. The ebony grips are lavishly embellished with both silver wire filigree and teardrop-shaped mother-of-pearl inlays. A single magazine, gold-finished as well, is also included. This is a fabulous pistol, made in 1957 and embellished and signed by one of the greatest living American engravers, and would make a fantastic addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
