Minty is a conservative description. All numbers match and all parts are proper for the gun. There is at least 98-99% of the Parkerized finish remaining. There is some very slight, almost miniscule muzzle and edge silvering, the usual light take down lever scratch and that's it. No pinpricks, flakes or rust spots anywhere.
The grip straps show no signs of graying. The frame has the Ordinance Wheel stamped on the right rear. The frame's left side has a "P" proof and the proper "GHD" inspector's mark. The brown plastic grips are the correct ring type. They shows no signs of wear and are in perfect condition.
The feed ramp and bolt face are in the white and show very little use. The barrel is marked Colt .45 Auto, and a "P" stamp, also correct. The bore, like the rest to the gun, has almost no wear. It is mirror bright, with razor sharp rifling and no sign of frosting.
The gun comes with one magazine "S" (Scoville) stamped magazine. A correct Warren leather Goods U.S. 1911 A-1 holster in really nice condition. A beautiful addition to your collection or super on the range.
