***SOLD***For your viewing from my shooting buddy's estate is a 1873 3 Ed. mod. 44-40 cal. Rifle. Ser. #185xxxR Rifle has a 18 inch octagon barrel. I don't know if it has been shortened. Rifle still has strong rifling and I would rate it from 1-10 as 10 being perfect, it's a 5 at the least. Dust cover is a little sluggish but does function as intended. Rifle is all original and has only been used by my deceased buddy at cowboy action shoots as long as he owned it.
