Description:
For your viewing from my shooting buddy's estate is a Springfield model 1878 45-70 rifle. Rifle is in all original condition and has a excellent bore for it's age. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being perfect, it is a 7 or 8 very nice. My buddy said it shot excellent with 500 gr. Bullets. Th cartouch is dated 1884 and is strong on the left side. Very good all original rifle that has not been messed with.
