Shilo-Sharps, 1874 Sporter #3, .45-110 2 7/8 ST
This rifle is a reproduction of the Sharps 1874 manufactured in 2000 by Shiloh-Sharps of Big Timber, Montana. The rifle features a globe front sight, a #107 Sharps Long Range and a #100 Shiloh Sporting rear sights, and double set triggers. The top of the 30” blued octagonal barrel is marked “Shiloh-Sharps Model 1874”, "CALIBRE 45”, and “2 7/8”. The action, lever and checkered hammer are casehardened. The extra fancy hand rubbed (tung oil) walnut stock has a smooth finish, pewter forearm cap, and a black plastic shotgun butt plate.
The rifle is in excellent condition retaining 99% plus blue and casehardened finishes with light handling marks. The wood is in excellent condition with slight handling marks.
