CASED PAIR U.S. HISTORICAL SOCIETY THOMAS JEFFERSON COMMEMORATIVE FLINTLOCK TURNBARREL PISTOLS BY DEALTRY, CIRCA 1980. Serial number 352A & 352B(out of 1,000 sets). Copies of the pair owned by Jefferson himself now on display in Monticello. Queen Anne boxlock flintlocks with silver grotesque mask buttcaps. Screw off cannon .42 caliber barrels. Walnut grips. Engraved brass frames with "London" in banner on right side and "Dealtry" opposite. Un-used. Octagonal fitted case with cameo image of Jefferson in lid. Green velvert interior with all accesories including two keys, turn barrel assist tool, screwdriver, single cavity bullet mold, bags for pistols themselves and pair of white handling gloves. One owner.
