#375366 Merkel Safari 375 H&H belted mag Ejector. ( Mod 140-2.1)
Sold ........ Made in 2015 with factory Recknagel swing scope mount and a Leupold FX 2.5.
23 ½” barrels with like new chambers and bores , one standing, 2 folding blades express sight. Bluing in 95% condition.
Weight is 9 pounds 12 oz with the scope , 9 pounds without.
Action has 75% game scene and scroll engraving coverage , overhanging sears , and Greener third fastener. The coin finish is in 100% condition.
The jointing is in perfect condition.
The stock is 14 5/8” long over a 1” pad, the cheek piece has been removed.
I did bend the stock for the previous owner to cast on ( ¼” and can easily be bend back top cast on or neutral)
Also I reduced the trigger pulls to 4 ¼# and 5# and regulated the barrels at 100 Yards with the scope for Federal Premium 300 Gr
Swift A Frame . The rifle will shoot 2 “ group respective side all day long. It will shoot equally well with the Federal Premium 300 gr
Nosler partition.
Owner is in Alaska and went back to a stainless 375 bolt rifle for maintenance reasons. Priced to find a good home fast.
