MANSFIELD & LAMB U.S. MODEL 1860 CAVALRY SABER & SCABBARD, DATED 1864. Superior condition. Untouched with near mint blade with "oval" Mansfield & Lamb trademark on ricasso. Obverse stamped "US/ JM/ 1864". Some light fingerprint patina but much original polish. Superb grip wrap and wire. Excellent scabbard. Brass hilt is in original dark unpolished conidtion. Even has the original buff washer. 100% original and "attic" near mint.
