THIS IS A WONDERFULLY LIGHT WEIGH AND BALANCED 20 GAUGE ITHACA LEFEVER NITRO SPECIAL FIELD GUN, MADE BY THE ITHACA GUN COMPANY, CIRCA 1935...A SECOND SET OF BARRELS FROM AN EARLIER GUN HAVE BEEN CUSTOM FIT TO THE RECEIVER AND FOREND...BOTH SETS OF BARRELS ARE 28" LONG...ONE SET OF BARRELS ARE CHOKED MOD AND FULL. THE SECOND SET ARE CHOKED CYLINDER AND CYLINDER...ALL BORES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO ISSUES...THE LENGTH OF PULL IS 14 1/2" OVER A SOLID PAD, WITH A 3" DROP...THIS LITTLE GUN WEIGHS JUST 6 1/2 POUNDS...THE ACTION LOCKS UP TIGHT WITH EITHER SET OF BARRELS AND THE TRIGGER PULLS ARE CRISP... BARRELS RETAIN ALMOST ALL OF THEIR DEEP BLUE FINISH...PLUS, MOST OF CASE COLORS ARE LEFT ON THE RECEIVER...THE WOOD FINISH IS NICE AND ALL ORIGINAL, HOWEVER, THERE IS A DEEP SCRATCH ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE STOCK AT THE WRIST...A CLASSIC PRE WAR HUNTING GUN IN EXCELLENT ALL ORIGINAL CONDITION...TOO BAD ABOUT THE SCRATCH... A LIKE NEW BOYT TWO BARREL TAKE DOWN CASE IS ALSO INCLUDED...SHIP TO FFL OR C&R...SOME GUIDELINES: All cartridge firing firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your state. Buyer to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms, (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and/or guns known to be at least 50 years old). Antique firearms and replicas require buyer to supply proof of age. Some areas require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.) PAYMENT OPTIONS: Postal Money Orders and Cashier's Checks only are acceptable.
