1895 .45-90 OCTAGON RIFLE, MADE 1896, a very hard to find model in a very hard to find caliber! Nice example with fine barrel blue, mag tube blue aged and mixing plum and brown, cloudy gray receiver with traces of case color in the most protected areas, exc. butt stock and forend show light handling only, original buckhorn rear sight with factory Rocky Mountain blade front sight, EXC. SHARP BORE, tight action, some good blue remains on the loading gate, early example in the largest caliber offered.
