Price Reduced. This original antique Colt Pocket case is of the better quality Colt cases made. One most important feature is the piano varnish finish. As collectors know the top cover almost always has hair line cracks or at times more severe. There are no cracks or warping on this case. The quality varnish used on this one still has the sheen all around versus a dry look to it. Like Colt used violin (once read stradivarius) varnish on his gun grips. Hinge locations have score marks, original lining, original strong partitions, tight, overall heavy construction. Comes with key. Lining has some usual scuffing and has some mold staining. This case accommodates a 5" BBl and also either small or large trigger guard. Compare show table and pricing at 2800-$3000.00. Honoring 3 day inspection.
